Wish I was a corporate slave and earn good money. People talk it down like it's easy to get hired...JFL, as an incel it's so damn difficult.
The HR department is the most retarded department ever....they ask you questions you can't answer naturally or there is no way to answer them in a good way without appearing lazy or appearing a damn bullshitter....for example I got asked "Describe me your perfect day" or "tell me about your best day in your life and why", or "tell me a tough situation you went through and what you learned from it?"....what the hell they expect me to reply? Are the fucking dumb? I sent the application for a finance job not for describing my day.
I hate them. And they think they are smart. If you are high IQ it's so damn hard to talk with such low IQ people thinking they are smart asking such questions to assess your personality. As if people don't lie in job interviews. Just get rid of all that and only ask technical questions, that should be it.

Getting a job will get harder as there is a deep economic crash coming (it's already happened) you will see it towards the end of the year.

Unemployment is going to be huge.

Also as someone who is in corporate , it's a lot to do with your image, looks , skin colour, class and personality, it's like 20% your ability to do the job/education.

Yes true, looks it's important in corporate/strategic management/marketing/corporate finance jobs.

But man, do I hate the HR departments. I'm so tired of their bullshit questions. They are absolutely not pertinent to the job somebody apply and there is no way to answer them without either appearing lazy or a try hard bullshitter. They think they are good psychologists and can see through a personality, whereas they are only a bunch of losers who can't get a proper job. Next time they ask me another ridiculous question I'm gonna tell them what I really think about those questions, fucking tired of their bullshit.

I have perfect grades, I have a very high knowledge about finance and I want to get asked technical questions about the job I applied...not some stupid chit chat about my life, my perfect day, what I bring to the company or why I want to work here and not to other finance firms. And they expect you have a perfect answer when in reality there isn't. I applied here because the salary is good and my degree reflects the job I applied. I didn't choose this company over any other. But god forbid you reply like that (which is the truth for any candidate).

Basically they want to hire professional bullshitter....stupid, retarted HR "psychologists" (ie losers who can't get a normal job).

You must reply to all their questions like working for them is the only thing you care, even if it doesn't feel right, they would be more than happy to get another 'slave' working for them.
-describe your perfect day: 'Working for your company and not worrying about anything else'.
-where do you see yourself in 5 years: 'Working and being useful for your company, and the same after 10, 20, 30 years', etc.

Stupid recruiters...I swear if only I knew how to program I'd create my own FinTech company. Banks today suck and their business model isn't right for the younger generations. I just can't create a startup because can't fucking code damn it
