Fireworks and loud explosions/noises scares me...autism?

I get literally panic attacks and felt like I had an heart attack around all these people screaming.at the countdown for new years eve.

What makes me feel worst is the fact all these sound were unexpected and loud.
Keep in mind usually I have very low anxiety level.
Also being around all these happy people that were happy and loud in open places was a weird experience for me.

When I was a kid I used to tap my ears and I was even anxious that fireworks would hit my head.

Doctors didnt say I have autism but again its a spectrum so I dont know.
I always had big social skills problem, I feel like a naive kid at 29 even if I managed to fuck and get LTR in the last 2 years.

I make the same questions over and over and I used to ask people around repill communities about how to escalate without being a creepy weirdo ( be GL is a must but im not )
I have ocd.

Im 29 oldcel btw..I dont know if its phonofobia or something similar or autism.

If you've got an OCD diagnosis you've probably been partly misdiagnosed.

I also got told that I may have a "mild" personality disorder by some old as fuck psychiatrist. Meanwhile a younger psychiatrist told me to get checked for autism and I did have it.

I have the same reaction as you to fireworks, as does my autistic cousin.

No, its very primal...I cant control this reaction, my heartbeats get faster and I get like panic attack
