First 1mL filler results (pretty good ig)

Went for a chin filler and jaw angle filler.
1mL Teosyal 4 (i think)
Got around 0.6 to the chin
0.2 to each side of the jaw

Results: Ended up underadvancing chin unfortunately but we took very conservative approach (not botch me was the main objection)
Surprisingly, the miniscule amount of filler to the jaw had an insane ROI because it made my hollow cheeks appear more and helped my asymmetry a lot

As for my jaw I only have "before" vids from when I looked the best so I'll get one good "after" and might update if anyone cares but just trust me that it looks much better and those 0.2s made a significant difference both in symmetry and hollow cheeks prominence (im still lowkey fat, im getting there, will drop another 5kg)

Also got botox to lift the outer canthus a little bit (hasn't taken place yet, will update in 5-10 days)
Praying for my cosmetologist for not trying to sell me on 10mL of filler and actually caring about me



P.S also I do believe filler hasn't fully settled yet, I noticed a difference an hour after the procedude (it's getting better in the chin)

Migration is not as likely to happen as you may think.

Never get filler in the nasolabialfold, that’s high risk for migration.

But even when they migrate, it’s so easy and cheap to DIY dissolve

UPD: increased my bigonial to byzigo by approximately 3-4% so narrowjawcels might wanna look into it

Piriform fossa 0.3 left 0.1 right

Chin 0,5ml

Jawline 2ml per side

Tear through 0,4ml right 0.1 left

1ml nasolabial fold but I dissolved this because it migrated

But a lot of this stuff was for anti aging as I’m older (27) and then you start to lose volume haha

But I remember the first few times getting filler my self confidence increased so hard. From 0 approaches to 5 girls who talked to me first. It was the right thing you did and keep going man!

You could hold out on filler for 2-3 years okay and then get the surgery and everything will be fine but don’t do longer them that honestly,yeah it does look better now

Exactly , it will flatten and just make you bloated. I had it to add more volume/projection of my under eyes but he basically just filled my paranasal area, needless to say it looked like utter shit.

I’m soo close to 12 percent body fat and my zygos look insane but my eye area looks hollow and definitely descended me,to the point I probs look better at 15 percent body fat,if I can’t get my under eyes back with fat graphs I need to gain 5 pounds of fat,I heard they can last 3-5 years and if I stay at the same weight does that mean the fat graphs should last years on my under eyes?

Could it be because it goes against paying for fillers on under eyes every 2 years? I don’t see how under eye fat could migrate,bc there is a guy on yt who is 30 and looks soo much younger and better eye are after fat graphs and he recommends it

she doesnt advise on doing fillers either, so I don't think she's driven by money

I have same issue my cheekbones are great when i'm 10-12% but my eye area becomes too hollow, i am on the verge to choose periorbital fat grafting or infra implant + upper eyelid fat grafting.
There are few problems with under eyes fat :
1) you are rolling a dice with your injector. If he overfills you or fucks you up with fat lumps it's gg, i'm not sure how easy it is to remove it or if it leaves scarring.
2) fat , same as fillers won't replicate bone so it should exclusively be conservative to avoid looking puffy or if you like that kind of face this is a plus.

The ideal and most expensive combo is probably infra implant saddled and upper eyelid fat grafting.

Thats scary about the lumps,I’m definitely not letting a woman inject me,and also a really good strategy to guarantee your surgeon/injector tries there absolute hardest is to pay them extra money just before the surgery and it’s a small investment that makes the chances of getting botches less,last year I paid my surgeon 300 in cash before otoplasty and told him to do his best,I will feel a lot more confident if I do this method if my eyes are on the line but I need fat graphs
