I've just administered my 13th HGH injection. I will not be doing my daily hgh shitposts, but will be updating after 14-30 days or if something important happens.

Equipment & Basic information

I reconstituted my 36IU vial from SSA with 1.8mL BAC.

I use 0.5mL, 8mm, 30G syringes, on which it comes out to 15 units for 3IUs of HGH.

You'll also need alcohol swabs and a sharps container.

Injecting

➤ Before every pin, clean the top of your vial with an alcohol swab.

➤ Draw out the liquid, and set the syringe on your desk (make sure nothing touches the needle)

➤ Clean your injection site with another alcohol swab (I alternate between the left and right of my navel)

➤ Squeeze around and inch of your stomach to grab a lot of fat, and gently push the syringe inside (it will glide in easily and without any pain)

➤ Push the liquid out of the syringe, and pull it out of your stomach.

➤ Throw the syringe out into a sharps container and you're done Easy as that.

and yeah btw people respond differently to hgh not everybody gets the same results depends on ur genetics really, so me feeling and getting all that shit off of 2 iu's means i respond really well to hgh u might not so i suggest doing bloodwork i bought hgh off of a coach ik he told me not to worry about anything n not do bloodwork which is really retarded if ur injecting anything into ur body make sure to get ur bloodwork done and don't wait on it really because it might fuck ur hormones up badly if u dont respond well n just keep injecting blindly // edit: i used phizer hgh

btw I forgot to add, that on the 3rd day I got a dry skin patch (eczema) on my neck, but it's slowly healing and fading away. So even tho it mightve been caused by hgh, my body adjusted ig.

Right after the injection I get a bit of a weird feeling in my stomach, like when you're hungry (hurts a little bit)
Also I feel a bit more bloated in the face, but that might just be placebo.
Still the same weight.

hgh can resurface eczema if youre prone to it. i fully recovered from eczema a year ago, and a few days after pinning gh, i got a nasty eczema spot on my neck. thankfully it didnt go further and no other spots appeared. and even the one on my neck is healed now

get full bloodwork imo, its better to be safe than sorry. igf1, glucose, insulin at least.
berberine i cant advise on. u can try 500-1500mg a day (usually 500 after a meal with carbs) and check fasting glucose after taking it to see if its working.
hgh is better in the evening i guess - @/Clavicular recommends it over in the morning
