I'm mulatto and my skin is lighter than hers. My sister also is very light with light brown hair almost blonde tbh and green eyes. A lot mulattos look like her at least in Canada.She looks way whiter than your average mulatto

I think it depends on region. I've been to the US and I've noticed the black people in the northern part of the US tend to have more African DNA than a southern African American. When I was in the south specifically Tennessee I counted 7 black people with red hair on my visit. Also I saw a lot of mulattos that have light eyes and sometimes even light hair. Also you have to remember that when it comes to African genes things get pretty random.Interesting.
