First blood glucose non fasted

Is this ok I had a coke and coffee 2 hours before this

I'm going to do a fasted blood glucose tommorow

beyond fine, no point in even checking non fasted glucose unless you were trying to calculate a slin dose

seeing if im diabetic im gonna do a fasting one tommorow for that reading doesnt really rule out anything

I done a fasted blood glucose just 2 days ago 4.7mmol and non fasted was 5.7

So does not rule out diabetes completely but going for an hba1c soon
