i want to run my first compound/cycle at 14 i was thinking maybe some light shit like ipa or cjc but maybe some test too idk. any1 as young as me is running anything/has recommendations ?

yea tren is horrible and def not at 14 but best for muscle growth for sure. stick to test and gh if youre thinking of running anything
