Hi, im going to do my first cycle (im kinda new to ts but i did the best research I could) and I want to keep things good, but kinda safe. I'll explain almost every aspect from dosage to PCT. I know the dose is not that much, but I'm still pushing 16 and I don't want to play a lot with my hormones atm.
TEST DOSE:
- I'll be running 350MG of Testosterone Enanthate for 8-10 weeks.
SUPPORT:
- 20mg of Accutane and Adapalene 0.1% (for acne and oily skin).
- 200mg of Magnesium, 200mg of CoQ10, 400mg of Omega-3 (heart support).
- 500mg MilkThistle (liver support).
- 3.5L of water (bloating and dehydration).
- Zinc and Multivitamin (baseline support).
- Aromasin 12.5mg (estrogen).
BLOODWORK:
I'll do 3 blood works in total: 1 before the cycle (week 0), one mid-cycle (week 5), and one post-cycle (week 14). I will do the following bloodwork. Also, im trying to figure out if my student insurance covers it jfl.
PRE-BLOODWORK:
This one is to get kind of a baseline.
- Test levels, estradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, CBC, CMP, and lipid panel.
MID-BLOODWORK:
This one is to see kind of hormone reactions and overall health/
- Test levels, Estradiol, CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Prolactin (if I have symptoms)
POST-BLOODWORK:
This one is to see overall recovery, PCT response, see if everything goes near the baseline, and the organs' functions are normal.
- Test levels, Estradiol, LH, FSH, Prolactin (if I still have symptoms), CBC, CMP, and lipid Panel.
PCT:
- 40mg of Clomid.
- Post-Cycle Bloodwork (as I mentioned earlier).
- Most of the supplements I will take during the cycle (like magnesium, zinc, mv, etc).
- Same routine as in cycle (FBEOD). Also, during the cycle, I will increase the volume for 3-4 sets since I can recover better.
So that's almost everything (I think), any tips or suggestions will be taken into account. If u think I made a mistake, js let me know, cause I'm an iqcel.
