I lied, took ostarine before but only trained a few weeks on it (had to stop due to a family Vacation).

Anyways, should I take Sarms again (ostarine/ rad140) or testosterone?

Where will I retain more muscle mass afterwards? Where's the likelihood for side effects lower?

How to do proper pct?

My test is probably fine. Think it might be high even.

Natty is better overall, just live and eat healthy and you'll have high test naturally, im not saying that taking test at 50 is bad when your test is going down. Im gonna prob hop on too at 50 mby

I took mk677 before, I think it's underwhelming. Not worth raising your blood sugar for.

An idea would be test + some Peptide like bpc157 / tb500, so you can train as hard and heavy as possible without huge injury risk.
 
that once you get the side effects you will rethink your life choices
I think I'm at a point where I can make that decision.
Side effects are only scary when you don't know why you get them. So blood testing should be done I guess.... Even though realistically I won't do them

how much did u take and for how long ? did u supplement berberine and fish oil and do fasted cardio ?

Idk anymore, been a few years. I assume regular dose, slightly higher maybe. I neither took berberine nor did fasted cardio. I sometimes eat fatty fish, but don't take fish oil anymore due to ray peat stuff..
