First Day of Work and My Manager decides to take a 2 week holiday

So i started my new job today and my manager decides now is the perfect time to take a two week holiday instead of training me

I get sent a bunch of online training manuals and im expected to somehow just figure out what to do.

Also instead of training me they have already assigned tasks to me.

I asked my colleagues for help and they just tell me they dont know

What the hell am i supposed to do, I'm being set up to fail

I've emailed him this morning, and received no response

He was supposed to train me

He just didnt show up today

Yes a female team leader, shes the one been giving tasks but she has no idea how to complete them

She is just delegating a bunch of random tasks to me saying i said i was a jack of all trades during the interview.

She's qlso giving me a whole bunch of stuff to do so i "dont feel bored"

Well i got off on the phone with the Talent Acquisitionteam and they told me this is a new team created wkth a new project, and Matthew our manager was supposed to lead it

Bunch of tedious admin tasks, and calling our stakeholders

I had to prepare a report as well and she responded back highlighting my typos

But i saved her email which also had typos

Im documenting everything they are doing so i have it in writing and can open up a case against them
