22. Yes it's backend but their main company also offer roles for their front office jobs if you have the profile for it it's rare and they don't advertise it tho. It's more common to transition to Bain management consultancy after a couple of years in BCN. My friend told me one of easiests ways of getting into MBB

I can't imagine how much an MBA graduate would be seething at a btech grad who came in without grinding his ass off for MBA and without work experience with fat paycheck from get go but it's very rare

MBA Grad would get 25 LPA at Most with 10 Lakh Max Bonus. On Top of that Loan Of 30+ Lakh. So Btech Guy is at an Advantage compared to him.

If any Btech Grad has decent paying Job in tech. It doesn't make sense to go for Consulting especially you'll have 30+ Lakh Loan and Also 70-80 Hour Work Weeks. A Guy from IIT and IIM C Killed Himself by Jumping from his Apartment. Working for McKinsey
