Currently doing the basic skincare products. Tretinoin, CeraVe, etc. I have about a year of serious lifting with another previous year of shitty lifting.

Any tips would be nice, be harsh I don’t care, I’m pretty confident I look relatively good but I have little luck with women and feel like looks play a strong part

Last photo is me a year ago before any attempts to make myself look better, I feel like I have some improvement with eye and jaw area

lifting is cope, if anything just train the neck and shoulders.

Keep the long hair, fix that skin, and be clean shaven.

Get shoe lifts, I don’t get out anywhere without my 6” shoe lifts from GUIDOMAGGI. The height halo is real, muscle is cope in comparison.

Your chin looks kinda recessed but not by much. Everything else looks good.

Waste of time and energy
Bro it’s like an hour a day, why would you ever skip any muscles, it’s arguably more annoying to have an imbalanced physique than just being skinny. If you want the least effort, just take steroids. Working out isn’t just a method to acquire sexually expressive women, but a self fulfilling activity requiring discipline and positive lifestyle changes that ripple throughout one’s entire demeanor. Additionally, muscles can only really grow at a set amount after a certain amount of training in a given period, if you only train one muscle or few, you are not only receiving diminished results, you are wasting time when you could be training other muscles that improve function for more than just aesthetically pleasing visuals. If you ever fucked a bitch you would know that it’s really nice to have strong and reliable force exerted primarily through your glutes, quads, and hamstrings, not the mention the support imposed by numerous other muscles.

no point of lifting without roids
This is extraordinarily lazy of a comment, if you want muscles, lift. Steroids will make it batshit easy yeah but at the cost of various consequences later on, not to mention you might not even be a good candidate. Lifting is not that hard at all, it’s legitimately like an hour or so less than 4 days a week and that’s plenty.
