First time doing starvemaxxing, I started 2 weeks ago, basically I don't eat more than 400-500kcal a day, there are days I don't eat anything, I'm taking 80mg of clenbuterol a day, and to hydrate and control the cramps in my legs I take white monster and gatorade.
I started at 74kg, I am currently at 67.8, my fat percentage is still looking high because I have always retained a lot of fat in the abdomen and lower back, I also have wide hips, I am 5'8”. Im 24 yo
These weeks I have had a lot of stress, work and personal problems, so I guess the high cortisol doesn't help. I understand the consequences of what I am trying to do but I want to accelerate the process as much as I can, tomorrow I will start doing 1 hour of cardio at the level that the fatigue that I have allows me. I feel fine actually, just a little tired and sometimes mentally slower, but still locked in
I'd like some advice from those who have already tried something similar and achieved good results. Although I have lost 6 kg in 2 weeks, and although I notice the difference at first sight in my body, I still look like garbage.
I was training constantly a year ago, and at that time my body looked in good shape, and my shoulders and back were more voluminous, so I looked like a man and not a fucking avocado, but I have never done a strict enough diet to get rid of that abdominal fat, now I'm seriously trying. After reach my goal i will testmaxx + gymmaxx i'm not planning to be a skeleton
