Im 17yr 180cm 65kg, Id like to know if there are any noticeable good or bad genetics, and also would appreciate any tips, so far i only know that my hips are horrid and that im skinny fat

It’s fine. Just don’t be a bitch and get the calories in. Your hips look wide/frame looks bad right now but you’re skinny as fuck so it will probably look normal when you gain some muscle and weight.

lol I don’t know dude, feel your iliac crest and see if there’s a layer of fat there or just skin and bone. But regardless you need to bulk, eat your protein, and lift hard. Dont even think about cutting.

Your clavicles look kind of narrow but a lot of people can look like framecels just from having no muscle mass on their shoulders/back/chest/arms. So get to work boyo
