First time making infras Infra implants

Basically I cracked another software used for 3d printing services used for medical stuff as well. So then imported a random ct scan skull of a random guy to test on how this shit works. After day i got used to it. Then i tried make infra implants to test my designing skills, i know i aint as good as Giant Implant's rn. But if i keep on tryna learn this shit i might just make my own implants when I decide to get them myslelf. Heres the pics of my early test tries of making them. I know they're currently looking shit because of the uneveness, unsmooth etc. But its a learning process right now.

Is this guy retarded. It literally makes no difference if I went to the surgeon with my implant design vs a random company they ask to make it for them, full knowing their design's are gonna be horribly shit like this:
