Tard, guys' growth plates close at 16-20, dont listen to this idiot, when these plates fuse, you cant get taller, mk is for gym gains, you will be more hungry from it, but if u want to get taller, just max out ur nutrition/hgh/peptides(hgh better, do your research)
Mk indirectly can cause height gain bc of the increased hunger-->more nutrition-->growing taller, you dont need to worry abt getting fat at ts age, if u maxxed out ur genetic height, you can cut the excess down
