Fix asymetrical eyebrows

I recently noticed that my left eyebrow is longer than my right one and also kinda thicker, which make my already bad eye simmetry even worse. Should i cut the left one to match the right one or grow the right one more?

I know, but you can see that the eyebrows lenght are different. Regarding the eyes do you think eye excercises are just cope?
