ngl the eucerin cream is def a temporary fix. eczema ain't just a surface level skin thing tbh. it's usually tied to internal inflammation or gut issues. you gotta dig deeper than just topical creams if you wanna see real long term change. maybe look into diet eliminations or probiotics?
