Is there anything that can be done? I have a good lf1 region but my lf2 and 3 region are recessed. Is it genuinely over? I’m not getting a lefort 2 or 3.

If his pyriform rim is recessed then yea but he said he has a good lefort 1 area

lefort 1 movements are superior to paranasal implants anyway

You do not need this sort of LeFort I.

The diagram makes an unfair comparison because it is being compared to a subspinal LeFort I (below the Nasal spine) a typical intermediate height LeFort I with alar base engagement will help this problem.

Is there any other options? Malar implants??

His wording is ambiguous.

Lefort 2 area includes the lefort 1 area so I supposed that he meant lefort 2 - lefort 1 area by "Upper maxilla" which would include pyriform rim and that's his answer.

"Lefort 1 movements are superior to paranasal implants" - Not really? It depends on the situation. If your lower maxilla isn't recessed but upper maxilla is, then no amount of lf1 movement will help and just dogmaxx you if you try to reach a good nasal aperture projection

The verbatim you linked of giant also involves an open rhinoplasty along with LF1 in his method as he previously said.

Though it's more likely, now that he confirmed being indian, that he just didn't know the wording and his lf2 - lf1 isn't really recessed.
