Fixed my recession but my nose got more humped

5 months ago i realized that my nose was developing a hump, thats when i took fixing my recession seriously, now 5 months later i improved my forward growth alot, but my nose just became bigger and more humped i can tell my face is still developing, so if anyone has tips to fix it before its over that would really help, thanks for everyone that helps

how did you improve forward growth? is it just hyoid tightening or an actual skeletal change

Not at all i was never on a cut actually if something i was trying to gain weight and i did ,its pretty obvious it was a skeletal change, i think it mostly was puberty but i also focused mewing ,hard chewing and avoiding goy slop
