Fixes for a bad mouth area?

Obv the answer’s gonna be surgery eventually fml but is there anything I can do before then to improve the area or am I js fcked for a few years? Imo the biggest problems are my recessed jaw + long ass philtrum and thin upper lip (see pics).

(Don’t mind the acne I’m 2 months into Accutane + ghk)
