many people such as myself suffer from severe rbf syndrome, the main culprits: excessive eye hooding, negative eye hooding, and downward turned lips.

First we will focus on the downturned lips, as you can see, the main muscle responsible for raising the outer corners of the mouth is the zygomaticus major, our goal should be to strengthen it so the muscle pull your outer lips up without looking like a homo just semi-smiling everywhere.

As you can see i morphed Ye's lips and he looks better and alot higher trust

So how do we strengthen it?
the first exercise is to pucker your lips and hold for 5 seconds, use your fingers to apply resistance. repeat for as many sets as you can.

the second exercise is to smile as widely as possible and hold for 5 seconds, use fingers to apply resistance. repeat as many sets as you can.

Many think ice hooding will increase the fat hooding you have but that doesnt really make sense

ice hood the highlighted area as you usually would.

If anyone knows any other way to reduce low trust features lmk and ill add it
