bro stretches can't fix it, train your core, butt and back. Also you need strong traps.i deal with this shit

You get stronger abs ,glutes and hamstrings and stretch the lower back.Being fat makes your pelvic tilted btw especially if u have bad distribution.So get lean and train the weak muscle and stretch the stiff musclesHow do you actually fix it, or what’s the best way if your trying to gain some lost inches back.
