Would fixing posture, in my case APT increase my dick size? I've heard people saying they corrected their posture and because of better blood flow their dick became bigger. idfk what i'm saying. shit thread but still answer my question.

it might, your pelvis will be shifted forward and your measured dick might increase a bit, I've read similar stories on pegym as well

Is it true that fixing apt can increase your height?. My apt is very bad. I have done a bunch of stretching exercises for apt about 1 week now without any results. How long does it take to fix it, or to see an improvement?.

yeah, 1-3 cm i believe. i don't know how long it will take and i don't think only streches will fix it. train your core bro, pull ups, chin ups, overhead press, pushups, sit ups. also don't forget legs. some squats and deadlifts will be enough.

looks pretty good bro. but don't forget lifting as i mentioned. strengthening your core muscles is key. your muscles are weak now because of shit posture and sitting all day.

Yeah, gonna start working out next week, hopefully that will speed up the progress

Would be massive lifefuel tbh. My core is super weak, absolutely no muscle which is probably the reason for my APT. I'm trying to train core for 20 mins every second day now. I'm hoping to have perfect posture but August when I plan to ascend.

I heard it makes you taller, makes your dick bigger, makes your rib cage bigger and it gives you a better jawline since it fixes the position of your neck. I really do hope it's true because it almost sounds like broscience that seems too good to be true.

I think so. I remember @Deliciadecu mentioning that in one of his threads, but don't expect more than 1 inch to be honest, unless you have a really bad case of anterior pelvic tilt. And yeah, it will increase height too, usually 1-2 inches.

I fixed mine almost completely. It increases your nbp measurement while standing but it doesn`t make your dick bigger(bp).
