Fixing ATP makes your core look tighter and waist smaller, doing forward neck posture makes your mandible and gonions more visible. Fixing rounded shoulder makes you look more confident

To put things simply :

Eat meat, exercise, have discipline

Of course it does. Building good dietary habit is however important while you are young, don't wanna suffer from addiction/habits of eating calorie dense grease junk when your older and your body isn't as capable anymore.
