Fixing chin to philtrum ratio with bimax+genio

I have a recessed lower third with nearly 1:1 chin to philtrum ratio. Also a long midface. What can I ask from the surgeon to fix all of those at the same time? Can lefort 1 shorten the philtrum? That way with ccw the chin part wouldnt have to be lenghtened as much as without it. I think if I dont shorten the philtrum the face will become excessively long if the chin to philtrum ratio will only be fixed by lenghtening the chin part.

Could possibly with impaction, and genio + cvw could lengthen chin to lower lip sum. Depends on your personal skull and ct scan
