I have an iaa of 91 but my jfa is about 118 so i look like fucking minecraft steve jfl
. What procedures can i get to fix my jfa? I was thinking genioplasty or bsso but i have no mandible recession so im a little stumped on what to do. Gonial angle is about 107 if thats relevant info. Im thinking i actually need downward growth.
