Fixing hairline. Pyrilutamide/RU58841 or Minox/Fin/Dut

I am covering sources currently on how I can fix my hairline.

My temples are recessing (the sides), a bit like this image.

Currently not using anything and I just turned 20.

I am going through online sources but, in order to re-grow the temple, I would need to use some sort of oral tablet or medication?

Here are the following I am considering.

Pyrilutamide 0.5% solution
RU58841 5% solution
Oral Minox or Fin
Possible topical treatments -> Dont know many.

Can any High IQ user elaborate a bit on a typical stack or something useful? If promising, will update with some sort of results after purchasing and using.
