Fixing hyperpigmentation with hydroquinone

I'm black and my nose is much lighter than the rest of my face from where my recessed radix is. im bonesmashing my radix to get some more projection. where should i apply the hydroquinone.

Bonesmashing Radix ultra based

Im doing it rn because ive been using Hydrocortisone and i have slight Dorsal Hump, gives me the BiBi nose, Swelling in the Radix shadows it slightly. Anyways no answer for your question, never researched it.

Prominent Dorsal Hump, Gives the view of a sloping nose instead of straight or upturned.

Right now only fraudmax u can do for it is smash radix and hope the swelling makes semi-normal, Obviously will not work with high Dorsa Prominence, but mines isnt that big, swelling makes it look semi-normal, u need to be focused on it like shit to notice it.
If u want to fix it permanently, then Rhinoplasty can save us,
