Fixing mouth-width to nose ratio

So my nose is equally as wide as my mouth, so ive thought of making my mouth longer, tried pulling the edges of my mouth to the sides but I feel like thats gonna give me more smile lines, but I heard that you can make "micro incisions" in the edges, im pretty sure its cutting that part with a knife or something but I just wanna make sure as I haven't heard much of it before

cutting the edges of your mouth will do nothing other than give you an infection and scar tissue. Surgery is your only option if you really care about it so much.
