fixing my diet - advice?

Yo so I have always had a shit diet basically and only recently have I gave a fuck. I've been watching FaceIQ (he might be retarded idk, i dont think ima eat raw meat but i think his advice overall has made me think abt diet more)

Currently I just eat whatever tf I want and try to not eat over one dessert a day which I usually fail at doing. I'm not fat but I could be leaner, and this diet is more about regulating my hormones and giving myself better micronutrients because I feel sluggish and like shit all day due to the food I eat (highly processed fast food almost everyday). hopefully it'll also help my skin quality and help lean me down a bit more.

any advice? im gonna start focusing on eating more natural and less processed foods, and cutting out my excessive energy drink consumption.
 
Id start with tracking what you're eating. A simple app like Cronometer or MacrosFirst will do, everything you'll need is free. Just being conscious of what you're eating will subconsciously improve the quality of foods you eat. They'll show you bars of micro/macronutrient requirements (you set them or they're auto-set), and you'll subconsciously be more attracted to foods with nutrients you might be lacking on the day, just because you've visualized that you need it.
