Been Low T for longer than a year now (Lower than 300ng/dl). Here's some symptoms I've had:

- Low Sex Drive
- Muscle Loss & Fat Gain (Stayed the same weight)
- Lacking Motivation
- Depressed Mood
- Crazy Brain Fog
- Fatigued some days (I spam caffeine to fix)

I've been eating far under my maintenance calories so that is one thing I have fixed. I'm also hitting the gym a lot more now, focusing mainly on strength on compound movements. I still have a non-existent libido, but I woke up with a somewhat strong morning wood. I'll update you guys in a week or 2. I honestly think the drop in calories is the main thing that lowered my T, as I've done everything I can to increase it while I was calorie deficient.

No sun, so no vit D = low T
High cortisol(stress + cofee) = low T
Low protein = low everything, JFL at less than 1.5g of protein per kg of weight
Low zinc = low T

I actually went to a doc with 375 and got prescribed this:
D3 10000 IU
Androcomplex(multivitamin specifically for testosterone)
Tribulus
2-3 days of resistance training a week

Now mine is 679, hoping to get to 800-900
