Fixing my mouth

My mouth is very narrow does cutting my mouth on the sides help it lengthen or does it just heal and I inflict stupid damage?

Marpe widens mouth, but you'd have to see if ur eligible from an ortho

I’ve already gotten marpe my palate isn’t a problem ist just like my lips are from the length a bit off to the ratio my eyes are and my eyes are ideal ipd so I was just wondering if cutting would fix it it’s like 5 mm on both sides to short
