FIXING MY SUBHUMAN EYE AREA

Introduction:
My goal from writing this is to receive honest feedback for my looksmaxing transformation process, as well as to inspire others to make radical changes to improve their own lives.

(TO CLARIFY MY EYE AREA ISN'T ACTUALLY SUBHUMAN, I'D SAY RELATIVE TO THE EYE AREA CHART I PROVIDED BELOW IDE PLACE IT ROUGHLY AT 3.75, ASSUMING SUB 3 IS SUBHUMAN)
Untitled presentation 1

MY EYE AREA
IMG 6606

Now, many of you may ask what this photo is and why only one eye in an even-lit, 6ft+ zoomed-in screenshot is being provided. The reason I found it appropriate to only provide 1 eye as opposed to my eye relative to my face is that most of the issues occurring in my eye area aren't related to its positioning in the face, but rather features related to it. This is not just a theory, as I have done precise measurements (esr, ipd, fwhr, etc...) to estimate this on an array of multiple even lighting, well-centered 6ft away photos.

Now with all that out of the way, enjoy some music, and let's explore some options for correcting my eye area...

Softmaxxes
Now, you may or may not have noticed non-surgically, there's not much to correct in my eye area, as my eyebrows are naturally dark, thick, straight, and positively tilted. The only considerable adjustment we could reach to achieve is more vertical distance, as well as less sparsity within the tail and peak of my eyebrow.

However, not all hope is lost, as my eyelashes, although longer than the average normie (which for some reason isn't highlighted in the photo), are still not as ideal as I we could reach with softmaxing. What methodology could we apply to tackle these issues?

Dermastamp
A 0.5mm dermastamp used twice a week on the tail of my eyebrow can be used to slightly lengthen eyebrow distance as well as correct some sparcity.

Oral Minoxidil
Minox is generally regarded as one of, if not the most potent, new hair growth solutions. Blowing serums like ordinary lash and brow, bimatoprost, and even the topical minoxidil counterpart out of the water. There are tons of threads and articles discussing the optimal dosing and the science behind oral minox, but I'm personally opting for 2.5mg, as to avoid unwanted hair growth and other side effects.

Lash Curler
A hand-operated cosmetic tool designed to curl, lift, and volumize lashes. When basic cleaning is used, and applainces is not exagerated it can be used as a subtle enhancement that won't result in lash damage. I opted for this as opposed to continuous lash lifts as not only is it cheap and can be applied on my own time, in my own way, but it also gives a less exaggerated approach were looking for.

For those who don't find the importance within this, or believe this will result in an overly feminized appearance, I want to reference an amazing example of the importance behind this with Zayn Malik, someone who, although he has an attractive eye area for other reasons. Crushes in the eye area, hair department, and should be idolized for what we're trying to achieve.

Upper Eyelid Fat Grafting
Now, of course, we could explore softmaxing options that barely achieve perceptual changes within our face, and carry a burden of doubt behind their effectiveness. However, if we want optimal results, it will require surgical intervention. One that I find great value in is UEFG. So let's observe the results, pricing, and complication rate to get a gauge on the ROI behind this procedure.

Results:
The Image below contains a morph of Chico Lachowski, which I used to highlight the importance of this feature. Aside from the eyebrow, this feature is the greatest component that reduces the attractiveness of his eyes. The rest are photos showcasing the results from this procedure.
Untitled presentation 3 1

As someone who lacks upper eyelid fat, evident from the darkening of my under eyelid from lower light, and the eyelid creasing above my eye. UEFG has the potential for a dramatic improvement within the eye area.

Pricing:
Depending on where you go, the pricing varies vastly. Here's a list of the most popular countries to get this procedure and their pricing:
South Korea
600-4000$ USD
Thailand
1654-5280$ USD
Turkey

And here are the countries ranked based on customer satisfaction: 🥇 South Korea 🥈 , the U.S. 🥉 , Thailand 4️⃣ , and Turkey
Despite some of the higher listings, generally speaking, relative to other surgeries. This procedure is relatively cheap for its effect.

Complication Rate:
UEFG is generally considered a low-risk; however, complications do occur however these complications are usually minor. Here's a table breaking the risk down.

LeFort 1
My first journey into the surgical world is likely gonna be some form of a Trimax procedure with jaw angle implants, potentially cheekbone implants, but more importantly, infraorbital rim implants. I'll be discussing the 2 that affect my eye area, isolated as to keep consistency within this thread. One of my most noticeable flaws from both the front and the side is a recessed maxilla. Although this memed alot across the looksmax sphere, this results in many flaws, such as nasolabial folds, negative orbital vector, and under eye hollowness, all of which apply to me.

Results:

I've taken my measurements in my specific case to replicate ideal facial development. I'd estimate I require a 5-7mm expansion. Some claim that the reverse pull headgear, which has gained recent popularity as a solution for maxillary recession, but there is currently no effective research to suggest that it would work for anyone other than adults.

Pricing:

Turkey
6,000-8,000$

Please note that the pricing listed for Lefort 1 is for isolation. The surgery I plan to get is in conjunction with BSSO, Genioplasty, and Implants. I am opting for a LeFort 1 procedure, despite its greater impact on the eye area, as it has a safer risk profile and a few other advantages that I believe make it superior to a LeFort 2 procedure in my case.

Surgical Roadmap
It is important to distinguish myself from many on the forum not willing to take extreme measures to improve my life via surgery. So to get my point across, I decided to dedicate a section to letting you in on my roadmap. Generally, in the cosmetic world, the rule tends to follow that if multiple surgeries are occurring within the same location, bone support comes first, then structural support, then the mechanical components, and then refinement. How this would look in my case would be as follows

1️⃣ LeFort I

  • Changes midface projection and under-eye support
  • Must be done first because it alters the entire midface structure

2️⃣ Infraorbital Rim Implants (Likely in conjunction with LeFort)

  • Adds projection/support to the under-eye area
  • Can sometimes be done at the same time as LeFort
  • Structural augmentation comes before eyelid fine-tuning

3️⃣ Lower Eyelid Retraction Repair (if present)

  • Corrects scleral show or lid pulling
  • Should be done after skeletal support is finalized
  • Often combined with canthopexy if needed

4️⃣ Canthopexy

  • Adjusts lateral eye shape/tension
  • Usually done with lower lid correction
  • More refined positioning step

5️⃣ Upper Eyelid Fat Grafting (last)

  • Purely soft tissue volume refinement
  • Should be done after the structural and lid position are stable
  • Refinement stage
With the realistic pricing of these combined surgeries equates to about 35k average in their respective countries. The total wait time for proper recovery is 12-18 months. Currently, due to my age and life situation, I have about 5k saved up dedicated solely to my surgical endeavors (to clarify, this by no means is a large portion of my money in allocation). However, as I advance in my career and business pursuits, I wish to allocate a much larger sum toward this. For now, I'll keep saving money and experimenting with the softmaxxes I previously mentioned.

FIXING MY SUBHUMAN EYE AREA

Introduction:
My goal from writing this is to receive honest feedback for my looksmaxing transformation process, as well as to inspire others to make radical changes to improve their own lives.

MY EYE AREA
View attachment 4634362

FIXING MY SUBHUMAN EYE AREA

Introduction:
My goal from writing this is to receive honest feedback for my looksmaxing transformation process, as well as to inspire others to make radical changes to improve their own lives.

MY EYE AREA
View attachment 4634362

As someone who lacks upper eyelid fat, evident from the darkening of my under eyelid from lower light, and the eyelid creasing above my eye. UEFG has the potential for a dramatic improvement within the eye area.

So to get my point across, I decided to dedicate a section to letting you in on my roadmap. Generally, in the cosmetic world, the rule tends to follow that if multiple surgeries are occurring within the same location, bone support comes first, then structural support, then the mechanical components, and then refinement. How this would look in my case would be as follows

1️⃣ LeFort I

  • Changes midface projection and under-eye support
  • Must be done first because it alters the entire midface structure

2️⃣ Infraorbital Rim Implants (Likely in conjunction with LeFort)

  • Adds projection/support to the under-eye area
  • Can sometimes be done at the same time as LeFort
  • Structural augmentation comes before eyelid fine-tuning

3️⃣ Lower Eyelid Retraction Repair (if present)

  • Corrects scleral show or lid pulling
  • Should be done after skeletal support is finalized
  • Often combined with canthopexy if needed

4️⃣ Canthopexy

  • Adjusts lateral eye shape/tension
  • Usually done with lower lid correction
  • More refined positioning step

5️⃣ Upper Eyelid Fat Grafting (last)

  • Purely soft tissue volume refinement
  • Should be done after the structural and lid position are stable
  • Refinement stage
With the realistic pricing of these combined surgeries equates to about 35k average in their respective countries. The total wait time for proper recovery is 12-18 months. Currently, due to my age and life situation, I have about 5k saved up dedicated solely to my surgical endeavors (to clarify, this by no means is a large portion of my money in allocation). However, as I advance in my career and business pursuits, I wish to allocate a much larger sum toward this. For now, I'll keep saving money and experimenting with the softmaxxes I previously mentioned.

FIXING MY SUBHUMAN EYE AREA

Introduction:
My goal from writing this is to receive honest feedback for my looksmaxing transformation process, as well as to inspire others to make radical changes to improve their own lives.

MY EYE AREA
View attachment 4634362

As someone who lacks upper eyelid fat, evident from the darkening of my under eyelid from lower light, and the eyelid creasing above my eye. UEFG has the potential for a dramatic improvement within the eye area.

Pricing:

Mirin bhai i
really whats the move for you
well obv the basic softmaxes. I wanna do some diys like collagen threads and fox eye lifts at some point this year. For future surgeries, definitely fat grafting to the infras and supras. My canthal tilt is good but the lack of orbital fat makes it look bad. That aswell as roids to hopefully get a browrige.

Unfortunately ur eye area isn’t the only problem, it’s ur entire life. Ur indian. Just reincarnate
not indian or even southeast asain or asian in general

none of the surguries have a death toll except lefort but thats criminally low plus if ur smart that shit shouldnt happen

Let me know if u want advice lol (coming from someone who’s actually had fat grafting and other eyelid surgeries)
I used it for fomatting not research but i could use advice

I mean firstly u mentioned Lefort 1… but do u have an underbite (class 3)?

you overestimate your eye area rating, its closer to 2 than 4
no surely not 2 is like rare my eye area is bad but not like anything out of the ordinary

no surely not 2 is like rare my eye area is bad but not like anything out of the ordinary
in my opinion its close to a 3 maybe. you also made the pic black and white which probably covers up your hyperpigmentation, this would bring ur score down aswell

fair I made it black and white for anonymity I have an even tone around my eye region pretty shit coloring though

MY EYE AREA
View attachment 4634362

Turkey
2,000-4,500$ USD
U.S.
6,000-10,000$ USD
And here are the countries ranked based on customer satisfaction: 🥇 South Korea 🥈 , the U.S. 🥉 , Thailand 4️⃣ , and Turkey
Despite some of the higher listings, generally speaking, relative to other surgeries. This procedure is relatively cheap for its effect.

Complication Rate:
UEFG is generally considered a low-risk; however, complications do occur however these complications are usually minor. Here's a table breaking the risk down.

Lower Eyelid Retraction Repair
If you reference the picture I provided, you'll notice I have some sclaral show on the lower eyelid region to correct this and give my eyes a more squinted, striking appearance. The best route would be LERR.

Pricing:
U.S.
15,000-50,000$
Turkey
6,000-8,000$
South Korea
5,000-18,000$
Mexico
7,000-12,000$

Mirin for me ill get fat grafts and lower eyelid retraction cause I already got cantho for my tilt
