Fixing overbite with braces and runner bands?

Is this a good way to fix this? Or are there better ways?

And what if fixing the overbite is not enough, should i get a jaw implant for a chiseled jawline or something else

Right now there are not many very good methods, you could grow a beard, get braces, BSSO. I have a theory that face pulling could help fix one, but right now that is unproven

Growing a beard is not a good option. Why cover it when you have an option to cure it? If you're having bsso, you have to get braces anyway to get teeth in position. Then only they'll perform bsso in you

Orthos really dont give a shit about how your face will turn out if I knew the stuff I know now I would never let them extract my pre molars they could've just expanded my palate
