fixing Premature Ejaculation using Pharmacology [GUIDE]

Even after ascending, i still cant last longer than 1-2 minutes when fucking a girl. Why is this shit not being talked about enough? I have found some extreme ways to fix this problem and i hope this can start some discussion or help others in my problem.

First, you need to find out whats causing PE (premature ejaculation), mine is caused by being hyper sensitive to sexual stimulation. No kegel excercise, thought process or any natural way fixes this. Heres my experience with drugs which has helped me last longer, little side effects, and still pleasureable. Im gonna take medium to low dose as we still want our dick to work.

Number 1

Lyrica, Gabapentinoids, Pregabalin

This drug calms the nervous system down, while not making you extremely drowsy and its not addictive. If you want to take this take low-medium dose, and combine it with cialis or viagra. I recommend taking between 150 and 300mg of lyrica. Works really well with cialis or viagra, and theres basically zero side effects.

Number 2
DXM (an over-the-counter cough suppresant)

Works through different pathways like increasing serotonin, blocks NMDA receptors and Blunts sensory input

It works very well, but make sure you dont take a high dose of this as it can cause hallucinations and other stuff which completely would ruin the sexual experience.

can also be mixed with cialis or viagra very safely. take 30 to 60mg 45 minutes before sex.

Number 3

SSRI's

I mean, they are probably one of the safest drugs, but it wont drastically improve your PE unless your PE isnt to severe. If you last 3-5 minutes naturally as a baseline, SSRI's will do wonders for you, tho its a prescription drug most places.

Number 4

Tramadol

Tramadol works really well, as it works through opioid receptors but only at a very low rate. Increases serotonin which also delays ejaculation. Also increases Norepinephrine which stabilizes attention and reduces chaotic firing. This is IMO one of the best, when taken in low/medium dose. And you might be wondering ''but its literally an opioid'' tramadol is a very very weak opioid which is perfect for PE. Low risk of addiction unless your retarded. Can be taken with cialis or viagra to.

This is a really great compound, and will in the correct doses, delay ejaculation highly without making you high or drowsy.


These are the compounds which helped me most, cocaine, mdma or benzos and so on dont work. Sure they will make it impossible to cum but your dick wont work. Will ruin the experience for you AND the girl (or dude if your fruity)
