Fixing sfs

Is there any way to fix or cover up sfs? I’m terrified of bimax or any extremely invasive surgery. Any crazy dental work or fillers/implants to help fix my face when talking or smiling as my face condenses and becomes short and weird looking.

The thing is I like my face when I’m not smiling or talking (sometimes). The main issue isn’t even the short face, it’s the nasolabial folds and tooth show. Hypothetically, instead of solving the root problem, couldn’t I just cover those two up with let’s say paranasal implants and dental work? Double jaw surgery is just so far fetched. Every “top” surgeon I look up has a fair amount of people saying to not go to them for whatever reason. Also the idea of my skull getting ripped off along with the price and possibility of a botch is just so buns.
