Fixing thin neck?

My neck is really thin bcuz im underweight i guess and i don't go to gym because that's a genetic graveyard. But still i need to fix this brutal failo bcuz ppl have said i have potential if i just get a thicker neck

add to that shit forward head posture and boom
just fixing your forard head posture will give u more to ur neck
