did anybody else have the misfortune of having a flat foot(no arch) fucking your legs,posture,spine and neck and if yes how did you "fix" it

yes just run and walk alot and it gets better but it will never fully go away

i have it even worse... i have ONE flat foot which is deformed while my other foot is perfectly fine..

completely fucked the right side of my body up

there is no fix i mean u could train it but mine is unfixable without surgery

my dad told me he used to have it too as a kid but now hes fine and its gone. I got flat 99% right and 97% left foot
