Flat Maxilla

Is it possible that I can improve my flat maxilla with braces or a palate expander? Someone on one of my threads told me that I would be able to, im 14 btw

i'm not sure, but i thought a palate expander expands your palate, not pushing the maxilla forward. braces could work i think
