Always scared of my hair not looking good, wanting to freshen up face and eyelashes, etc etc...
spending 3+hours a day on my looks for years gave me holy cortisol spike and not able to ascend
im doing this cuz im so ND looks are the only thing i can impress people with, even though theyre fucking ass no matter if my

not like in a no shower way and no brushing teeth way i can still do stuff that makes me feel/look good
but im gonna stop obsessing it

Legit me. I was so addicted and good/bad lighting would literally control my mood. Now ive stopped caring and only follow my ascension plan
