Perm will damage your hair, i would use water with salt, it works for me

My hair is genuinely my worst feature rn i have no clue how to work it.

This is what i would do:
First wash your hair 2 times a week with native shampoo or based body works
Conditionor after using shampoo and when it looks dry

After washing your hair
Use a shirt to rinse the water out of it
Then wet your hair with a sea salt spray right after drying your hair with a shirt
Then rinse the water with the shirt again
And let it air dry
(No need to use sea salt spray just put
10 mg of salt per 100ml of water in a spray bottle)

Not at all, salt is normal, its like going to the beach, its healthy and after rising it off with water it will return to the same, using a sea salt spray is a temporary change to your hair

ive gotten them before and my hair isnt damaged at all, especiallty if you go to like a good place and its done right

Even if done right, the hair will always be damaged, and your hair is damaged, show it on my pv and i will see the difference on a before and after, you can still recover tho

its not noticable though, saltwater dries out and damages the hair way more
