its very good but not ideal imo. very slightly higher ramus and slightly smaller chin would benefit. if you isolate the part of her face below her mouth it looks a little bit too masculine

You're right but it's so negligible it barely counts as a falo. A slight hint of masc can actually improve a womans look. In her case it helps her rather than hold her back

Her maxillary recession is the problem. I doubt its actually a medical problem but she would look better with a more projected and upturned maxilla, and her chin would look better as well because it wouldn't protrude so much relative to her midface. Like you say with chin surgery she would only look more recessed. I haven’t seen her from the front so I cant be 100% sure but that would be my guess
