There is much less variation in the characteristics between men and women.
One such statistic is IQ, and although i don't think IQ equals 100% intelligence, it's the best measure we got likely, and certainly means atleast something.
There are alot of gender iq bell curve differences online and they vary a bit. But from this you can see that for 120 IQ there are rounded 2:1 men to woman ratio, likewise the difference for 155 IQ is around 9:1
Also this extends to the other extreme end in most graphics i've seen, there are more retarded men too, this is observable IRL too, atleast to me. There are all kinds of different personalities in guys atleast comparatively for women.
