I've seen FOIDs that's are in their 20s fuck off all day with impunity but if I have my phone out I'm threatened with firing even though I'm the youngest person at my job their also required to do less work if we have to carry two 40 pound buckets of paint a considerable distance they get to carry one have the distance but they still get the same pay also bosses play favorites they treat foids their like their daughters promoting girls who have been here half the time as me they get to be loud asl but as soon as a man starts joking loudly with his buddy were told to shut up and act professional it's bs
