Asians are getting tall

Where is this cope coming from that Asians are 5’6/5’7 on average? Every zoomer & millennial Asian male who grows up in the west is 5’10 on average. I’m legit running into African American males who are under 5’9 than Asians like not even capping.

Diet influences height a lot. Of course height is mostly genetic, but many people don't even unlock their full genetic potential because of shit diet or starving. Average curry has shit height because they're vegetarian. I don't know how that applies to Asians though, people on here are delusional. Even in countries with low average height, the average height in most cities is at least 5'8"
Most countries with shit average height still have relatively developed cities, where people are 5'8"-5'9" (and this probably will go up), but the average is brought down by villagers.
When I see the average height of a country being 5'6" I take it with a grain of salt, and the height of the remote villagers doesn't really matter as much
That being said, they're definitely exaggerating the Korean average height jfl. I'd believe it to be 5'9"/5'10" but not more.
I have a friend who lives in Korea and he tells me that 5'9" is the average there. That makes the most sense to me tbh

Similar situation happened with the Dutch. The men were on average 168 cm (5'6) during the mid-1800s. With the great increase in their dairy and meat intake (which optimized their ancestral/traditional diet), look where the Dutch are now.
