I need food I can make at home and fruits or other sources of vitamins and phytonutrients I could get. A while plan for a week would work. I'm planning on making chicken and mushroom Alfredo pasta, fruits like apples, berries, grapes, others in your recommendation would help. Taking coconut water too ( better than juice ) water is already an essential which I'm taking in a 1 liter bottle and filling it up every break that I have which is 2-3 breaks a day. I'm doing this because our breaks are very small (15 minutes for small breaks, 30 minutes for long breaks; this is only 3 times a week as on Monday the break is taken by an applied mathematics class) and Physical Education is also taken up by a optional class I take of Economics. I plan to study in the financial field. any help is appreciated thank you
