I ate 3 cooked egg whites made in butter and lamb fat, 3 raw egg yokes. I drank butter coffee w 2 teaspoons of raw yogurt

Ngl, it all tasted disgusting. Genuinely. But I feel so good and light and energetic. Holy shit. Im later gonna make smth more appetizing like tuna patties made w cheese in thr air fryer

Bruh it wasn’t even lamb fat or else it’d taste delicious. The pan had cooked lamb and it finished so I just used barely any oil of thr lamb and just used ghee ontop so it was a mix. I know I wouldn’t be complaining if there was meat/poultry/fish inside tho
