Ate 12 eggs today, 1 baguette, 400 grams of salmon, 1kg cottage cheese, half a kg of blueberries, 1 kg tomatoes and an onion. (and the oil/butter needed to prepare all this)

And I still dont feel full, I want to keep eating. JFL at my natural bloatmaxxing genes.

Can you see your six pack? (all six of them)

Also hunger is a normal emotional experience. If you give in every time you feel hungry you will be a fat fuck and die alone.

I haven't eaten in 8 days, and you bet I'm hungry but I'm not giving in until I can see my six pack, because it's only an emotion.

~18% or so? It's around the time this pic was taken:

Right now I am ~23%. Much more fat than in this pic, but also with more muscle.

Sick. I have bought a lot of food I need to eat first, but by the end of next week I will do a 72hour waterfast. I've done them in the past.

I find it easier to eat nothing, than to eat a little. So it will help me with getting a kcal deficit.

Do you eat meals at consistent times? I've heard this helps with hunger, but haven't tried yet.

I do intermittent fasting. I never feel hungry in the morning so I skip breakfast. I then eat my first meal at lunch, start getting hungry around early dinner time and eat my second meal. Then fast till lunch next day.

But the cravings are strong in the evening after dinner tbh.

Same. I can not calorie cut long term. I will loose will power. But fasting, while it's still very hard, it's easier than calorie cutting for me. I'd rather fast for 20 days to loose 20 lbs, than calorie cut for 140 days to loose the same amount.

Also fasting has more anti-aging health benefits, and health benefits in general. And a quicker fast (rather than longer calorie cutting) means I can go back to bulking quicker.

One thing according to the research, is to not lift during multi-day fasting because you'll loose more muscle mass. So far I've retained most of my muscle mass which is nice.

Longest I've fasted was 5 days. By day 3-4 I am too weak to exercise seriously anymore anyways so I stop.

Longterm kcal cutting is impossible for me. I tend to lose 4-5 kg. Then stop, and stay the same weight/slightly gain for a month, and then get back to going lower.

Leanmaxxing is lifefuel tbh. My strength goes to shit in the gym, but u can see the gains very easily in the mirror. The extra visible veins, etc.
