This might sound crazy, but hear me out. Football players are always always forward grown, very good neck posture, square sort of appearance. No doubt some of this has to do with the type of training and the high T aspect of the sport, but fighters for example often have very ugly mugs and they're in a similar environment.

I think this forward growth has to do with the football helmets they wear primarily forcing them to maintain very good neck posture and breathing, and secondarily the shaping of the skull that it provides.

i play football and its just because most football players workout alot very intensely and compete alot which also increases test

i think most football players at my school just have good genetics, I bet their dads were slaying cheerleaders in the 90's

genetics aren't too important in forward growth as proven in twin studies
